The Board of Directors of Taos Business Alliance for Economic Development has established the following membership categories. These categories allow for continuity for TBA into FY 2004-2005 and beyond. It also allows for new contributors to join and participate on a level that is comfortable and consistent with their interest and financial capability.

Contributions are for the fiscal year beginning July 1. The four categories are:

• Corporate Contributor

1. $5,000 plus, monetary or in-kind contribution
2. Option to sit on the TBA Board of Directors, or can assign someone to represent them on the Board
3. Eligible to sit on the TBA Executive Board
4. Eligible to be an officer of the corporation
5. Has voting power

• Business Contributor
1. $3,000 plus, monetary or in-kind contribution
2. Option to sit on the TBA Board of Directors, or can assign someone to represent them on the Board
3. Eligible to sit on the TBA Executive Board
4. Eligible to be an officer of the corporation
5. Has voting power

 

• Individual Contributor
1. $1,000 plus, monetary or in-kind contribution
2. Option to sit on the TBA Board of Directors, or can assign someone to represent them on the Board
3. Has voting power

• Associate Member
1. Contribute cash or in-kind services of $200 to $999 in direct support of TBA administration and management activities
2. Option to attend Board meetings
3. No voting power
